The easiest way to book tickets is online 24 hours a day. Online bookings must be completed at least 2 hours prior to the performance time. The onsite box office is open from 10.30am on each performance day and tickets can be purchased up to 2 hours before every performance.
Standby tickets are available at the main ticket office from 15 minutes before each performance, subject to availability at that time. We advise advance booking at least 2 hours before the performance as some performances especially weekend shows get very busy, standby queues can be lengthy and tickets are not always available.
ARRIVING AT THE CIRCUS
Please arrive in plenty of time as the performance will always start on time. The box office opens 45 minutes before the performance for online ticket collection and 15 minutes before the performance for the purchase of standby tickets. The doors to the Big Top open 30 minutes before each performance. Please leave enough time to park and allow an extra 15 minutes if you need to purchase standby tickets.
Babies 23 months and under may be admitted free of charge with a paid adult ticket if they sit on an adults lap, a maximum of one baby per adult. The baby ticket must be requested at the time of booking the adult ticket. Buggies, pushchairs and car seats are not allowed in the seating areas but may be stored inside the big top at your own risk. Unfortunately we are unable to provide baby changing facilities.

WHEELCHAIR AND DISABILITY SEATING
We have seating available in all areas for wheelchairs and those with disabilities. Tickets can be booked in the normal way, on arrival at the Circus our staff will allocate you the most appropriate seats. We should be able to seat groups of 4 people or less together however it may be necessary to seat groups of 5 people or more separately - but we will get you as close as possible.
Adult patrons who may not be able to attend the Circus unaccompanied and their carer are entitled to a concession ticket. These must be booked through the Box Office. Please bring relevant ID and documentation, such as an Family Carers Ireland card or an associated membership card, GP letter or hospital consultant letter which confirms the visitor is unable to visit The Circus independently without the aid of a carer or mobility aid. As all children require an adult to visit the Circus the concession does not apply to children.
Each performance lasts for 2 hours and includes an intermission.

During the interval a range of concessions are available inside the big top. The circus shop stocks a wide range of soft drinks and family size confectionery, candyfloss, popcorn and circus souvenirs. Hot snacks and hot drinks are also available. Souvenir photographs may also available during the intermission.

We have a strict policy that once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is cancelled.
For your comfort we offer individual theatre style seating in all areas. We operate a non-reserved seating policy, you're seats will be allocated on arrival at the Big Top. Sideseats are tiered seats located at the side and rear of the Big Top and have a slightly restricted view during some acts due to their location. Grandstand seats are tiered seats in a central location in the Big Top and offer a front view of the Circus ring, some seats may have a restricted view due to interior poles inside the Big Top. Ringide seats are two rows of premier seating, located directly at the Circus ring.

TICKET COLLECTION (ONLINE BOOKING)
Tickets can only be collected within 45 minutes of the performance you are attending. Unfortunately it is not possible to collect tickets any earlier. You must have the confirmation number present in order to collect tickets.
