Advance Booking
The easiest way to book tickets is online 24 hours a day. Online bookings must be completed at least 1 hour prior to the performance time.
Arriving At The Circus
Please arrive in plenty of time as the performance will always start on time. The box office opens 45 minutes before the performance for online ticket collection and 15 minutes before the performance for the purchase of standby tickets. The doors to the Big Top open 30 minutes before each performance. Please leave enough time to park, collect your tickets and take your seats before the performance starts.
Babies
Babies 23 months and under may be admitted free of charge with a paid adult ticket if they sit on an adult's lap, a maximum of one baby per adult. Buggies, pushchairs and car seats are not allowed in the seating areas but may be stored inside the big top at your own risk. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide baby changing facilities.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards online and cash only for standby bookings at the Circus.
Wheelchair & Disability Seating
We have seating available in all areas for wheelchairs and those with disabilities. On the ticket selection page, you will see the question 'Are there any wheelchair users in your booking', if there is a wheelchair user in your group please select 'yes' so that appropriate seats are allocated.
We offer carers discounts for carers attending the Circus with an adult who requires a carer, who, without their disability could attend the Circus unaided. Unfortunately, we do not offer carer discounts for adults attending the Circus with children. Adult carer bookings must be made by email, please email bookings@duffyscircus.com at least 24 hours before the performance you want to attend.
Duration
Each performance lasts for 2 hours and includes an intermission.
Group Rates
We offer discounted rates for groups of 15 or more when booked in advance. click here for the best rates.
Interval
During the interval, a range of concessions are available inside the big top. The circus shop stocks a wide range of soft drinks and family size confectionery, candyfloss, popcorn and circus souvenirs. Hot snacks and hot drinks are also available.

Refunds
We have a strict policy that once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is cancelled.
Seating
For your comfort we offer individual theatre-style seating in all areas. ALL OUR SEATING IS AUTOMATICALLY ALLOCATED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Please ensure you select the correct number of tickets as it is not possible to add tickets to a booking or seat separate bookings together.
Restricted view seats are tiered seats located between Grandstand seats and have a restricted view of the Circus ring.
Grandstand seats are tiered seats located at the side of the Circus ring.
Premium Grandstand seats are tiered seating located at the front of the Circus ring with unrestricted views.
Ringside seats are two rows of seats located at the side of the Circus ring. Your seats may be allocated in either row or both rows for a more exclusive experience.
Premium Ringside Pods are our most exclusive seats and offer a private pod of 6 seats and are located at the front of the Circus ring.
Tickets
At this time we recommend online booking, most performances are Sold Out in advance. Unsold and returned tickets will be released on a standby basis (if available) starting 15 minutes before the performance time.
Ticket Collection (Online Booking)
Tickets can only be collected within 45 minutes of the performance you are attending. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect tickets any earlier. You must have the confirmation number present in order to collect tickets.
