Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed tickets cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. Tickets that are not collected will not be refunded.
Tickets can only be collected from the Circus box office within 45 minutes of the performance time.
The credit / debit card used as payment must be presented at the box office at the time of ticket collection.
If you use Discount Vouchers for this booking, the correct number of vouchers must be presented at the time of ticket collection. If Discount Vouchers are not presented the balance of the full box office price for the tickets will be due.
